Training Routine

I have gone through several routines over the years. I will elaborate on them in future posts, but at the moment, here is my current training routine.

  • Monday - Heavy Lifting (Upper Body)
  • Tuesday- Lactate-Inducing Circuits + 30 mins light cardio
  • Wednesday - OFF
  • Thursday - Heavy Lifting (Lower Body)
  • Friday - OFF
  • Saturday - Lactate-Inducing Circuits + 30 mins light cardio
  • Sunday - OFF
